CBM8051NST6

CBM8051 / 1N (single op-amp), CBM8052 / 2N (dual op-amp), and CBM8054 (quad op-amp) are rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifiers featuring ease of use and low power consumption. They deliver bandwidth and slew rate typical of current feedback amplifiers. All devices offer a wide input common-mode voltage range and output voltage swing, enabling easy operation from a single supply as low as 2.5V. Despite their low cost, the CBM8051 series still provides excellent overall performance. They offer wide bandwidth up to 250MHz (G = +1), 0.1dB flatness up to 52MHz ([G = +2]), and a typical low quiescent current of 2.8mA per amplifier. The low distortion and fast settling of the CBM8051 series make them well suited for buffering high-speed A/D or D/A converters. The CBM8051/2N features a power-down disable function that reduces supply current by 75μA. These characteristics make the CBM8051/2N ideal for portable and battery-powered applications where size and power consumption are critical. All devices in the series operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
