Overview

The CBM8605/CBM8606 feature ultra-low input offset characteristics (VOS, IOS), low noise, and extremely low input bias current, making them well-suited for precision circuit applications. This op-amp series offers a gain-bandwidth product of up to 10MHz, ensuring adequate bandwidth and low distortion for audio and other AC applications. In addition, rail-to-rail input/output support significantly broadens the application range of this series. The CBM8605 and CBM8606 operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The CBM8605 single-channel amplifier is available in 5-pin SOT-23 and wafer-level (WLCSP-5) packages. The CBM8606 dual-channel amplifier is available in 8-pin MSOP, narrow-body SOP SMT, and wafer-level (WLCSP-8) packages. SOT-23 and MSOP package products are available in tape-and-reel form.
