Overview

With extremely low input offset characteristics — offset voltage of only 1μV, low noise of 0.5μVₚ₋ₚ (0Hz to 10Hz), and ultra-low input offset voltage drift of less than 0.005μV/℃ — this device is well-suited for precision circuit applications. Supports 2.7V to 5V single-supply (±1.35V to ±2.5V dual-supply) operation. In addition, rail-to-rail input/output capability greatly expands the application range of this amplifier series. Employs a chopper-stabilized (auto-zero) amplifier circuit design, delivering low input offset and low input offset drift performance, with the added benefits of low cost, high precision, and low noise. Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +125℃. The CBM8628 single-channel amplifier is available in a 5-pin SOT-23 package. The CBM8629 dual-channel amplifier is available in 8-pin narrow-body SOP and MSOP packages. The CBM8630 quad amplifier is available in 14-pin narrow-body SOP and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
