Overview
CD4060B is a 14-stage binary counter featuring an integrated oscillator driver and a 14-bit binary counter. The oscillator driver can be configured via external components to operate as either an RC oscillator or a crystal oscillator driver. A dedicated reset pin is provided to clear the counter and control the oscillator on/off state. When the reset pin is driven high, the counter is reset and the oscillator is disabled. All flip-flops in the counter are asynchronous edge-triggered. The counter state changes on the falling edge of φi (φo).
