Overview
The CI7886, CI7887, and CI7888 are 12-bit, 10-bit, and 8-bit high-speed, low-power, small-footprint successive approximation ADCs, respectively. These devices operate at a throughput rate of 800 KSPS from a single 4V to 5.25V supply. When operating from a single 3.3V to 4.8V supply, the CI7886E achieves a maximum throughput of 1 MSPS, while the CI7887E/CI7888E achieve 1.25 MSPS. This product family is available in a 6-pin SOT-23 package and operates over a temperature range of -40℃ to 85℃. The CI7886/CI7887/CI7888 are pin-compatible drop-in replacements for the ADS7886/ADS7887/ADS7888, with dynamic power consumption reduced to half that of the latter.
