Overview

CJ74HC/HCT245 is an 8-bit transceiver with 3-state outputs. The device features an output enable (/OE) pin and a direction control (DIR) pin. When /OE is HIGH, the outputs are placed in a high-impedance (off) state. Input clamping diodes are provided, enabling the use of current-limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages exceeding VCC.
