Overview
A high-precision, low-power, I²C-compatible 16-bit ΔΣ ADC with an integrated low-drift voltage reference, oscillator, PGA, and digital comparator. The device performs conversions at 2kSPS, with the PGA providing an input voltage range of ±256mV to ±6.144V. The input multiplexer supports 4 single-ended inputs or 2 differential inputs. The digital comparator provides overvoltage detection. The device operates in single-shot or continuous conversion mode; in single-shot mode, it automatically powers down upon conversion completion, significantly reducing idle-state power consumption.
