CM1310-SOPTA

CM1310 is a precision, low-power, SPI-compatible 24-bit ADC with an integrated low-noise programmable gain amplifier, two programmable output current sources, a voltage reference, an oscillator, a low-side switch, and a precision temperature sensor. The device is suitable for measuring weak signals from sources such as RTDs, thermocouples, thermistors, and bridge sensors. It supports data conversion rates up to 2kSPS with single-cycle settling. The input multiplexer supports 4 single-ended inputs or 2 differential input pairs. At a 20SPS output rate, the digital filter simultaneously rejects 50Hz and 60Hz harmonics. When the PGA is enabled, pseudo-differential or fully differential inputs are supported; when disabled, it still provides high input impedance and up to 4V/V gain with single-ended measurement capability. The device is available in a TSSOP16 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
