Overview
CM4151/CM4152 are single/dual-channel precision op-amps featuring low offset voltage, low input bias current, low input voltage noise, and low input current noise, making them especially suited for high-impedance sensor signal amplification and shunt-based precision current measurement. The combination of DC accuracy, low noise, and fast settling time in the CM4151/CM4152 significantly improves measurement accuracy in medical instruments, electronic measurement systems, and automatic test equipment. The CM4151/CM4152 maintain fast settling performance when driving large capacitive loads, and exhibit no output phase reversal when the input voltage exceeds the common-mode voltage range. The CM4151 is available in MSOP8 and SOP8 packages, while the CM4152 is available in MSOP8, SOP8, and DFN packages. Both are rated for an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
