Overview

CM4151/CM4152 are single/dual-channel precision op-amps featuring low offset voltage, low input bias current, low input voltage noise, and low input current noise. These characteristics make them particularly suitable for high-impedance sensor signal amplification and shunt-based precision current measurement. The combination of DC accuracy, low noise, and fast settling time in this op-amp series significantly enhances measurement accuracy in medical instruments, electronic measurement systems, and automated test equipment. They maintain fast settling performance when driving large capacitive loads and exhibit no output phase reversal when the input voltage exceeds the common-mode voltage range. Both CM4151/CM4152 are available in MSOP8 and SOP8 surface-mount packages, with a rated operating temperature range of -40℃ ~ 125℃.
