Overview
CN3304 is a PFM boost-type charge controller IC for four-cell lithium battery charging. It operates with an input voltage range of 2.7V to 6.5V and integrates an internal voltage reference, inductor current sensing unit, battery voltage detection circuit, output overvoltage protection circuit, low battery voltage protection unit, control unit, and off-chip MOSFET driver circuit. Ideally suited for 5V input four-cell lithium battery charging control applications, it offers the advantages of minimal external components, rich functionality, and simple circuit design.
