Overview
CN3765 is a PWM buck-mode multi-chemistry battery charge management IC that independently manages charging for multiple battery types. It features a compact package, minimal external components, and ease of use. CN3765 supports trickle, constant current, and constant voltage charging modes, making it suitable for lithium-ion, LiFePO₄, and lithium titanate battery charge management. In constant voltage mode, CN3765 regulates the battery voltage to the level set by external feedback resistors; in constant current mode, the charge current is set via an external resistor.
