COS2172SRC

COS172 (single-channel), COS2172 (dual-channel), and COS4172 (quad-channel) are single-supply, rail-to-rail input/output amplifiers operating from 4.5V (±2.25V) to 40V (±20V). Despite their low quiescent current, the COSx172 series delivers excellent overall performance and versatility. The COSx172 series is unity-gain stable with a typical gain bandwidth product of 10MHz. These devices feature high CMRR and PSRR performance and can operate from either single or dual supplies. Input signals may exceed the supply rails without causing phase reversal. The output voltage swing reaches within 150mV of each supply rail, providing maximum output dynamic range and excellent overload recovery. These characteristics make the COSx172 series well suited for single-supply, battery-powered applications. They serve as drop-in replacements for many commercially available op-amps to reduce power consumption and improve input/output range and performance.
