Overview

COS180 (single), COS2180 (dual), and COS4180 (quad) are low-power, precision op-amps that operate from a single supply of +4.5V to +36V or dual supplies of ±2.25V to ±18V. The COSx180 series employs chopper-stabilized technology to deliver ultralow offset voltage and near-zero temperature drift. The COSx180 series is unity-gain stable with a typical gain-bandwidth product of 2MHz. Despite low quiescent current, the COSx180 series offers excellent overall performance and versatility. They feature rail-to-rail input and output ranges. The output voltage swing extends to within 20mV of each supply rail, providing maximum output dynamic range along with excellent overload recovery. The ultralow temperature offset drift and ultralow input bias current make these devices ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications.
