Overview

CP2119L is a DC bidirectional motor driver IC suitable for toy motors, automatic valve motors, electromagnetic door locks, and similar applications. It features two logic input terminals for controlling motor forward, reverse, and braking operations. The device offers excellent noise immunity, ultra-low standby current, low output on-resistance, and integrated flyback diodes for suppressing reverse surge current from inductive loads. CP2119L is available in an SOP8 package, compliant with RoHS, and features a 100% lead-free lead frame.
