Overview
DIO321 (single), DIO358 (dual) and DIO324 (quad) are rail-to-rail CMOS opeerational amplifiers with ultra low offset. Featurres include wide input common-mode voltage rrange and broad output voltage swing with operatting supply voltage from 2.0V to 5.5V. Products aree fully specified over the extended –40 to ±125°C teemperature range. DIO321/358/324 provide 1MHz bandwidth consuming ultra low curreent of 40µA per channel. Very low input bias curreents of 5pA enable them ideal for integrators, phootodiode amplifiers, and piezoelectric sensors.
