Overview
DK5V100R10SL is a simple and efficient two-pin synchronous rectification IC that significantly reduces the conduction losses of conventional Schottky diodes, improving overall system efficiency. The IC integrates a 100V power NMOS internally, with only two functional pins — A and K — corresponding to the anode and cathode of a Schottky diode, enabling direct drop-in replacement of equivalent Schottky rectifier diodes currently on the market. Packaged in TO-252.
