It integrates advanced power MOSFETs, high-accuracy voltage detection circuits, and delay circuits. The DW03 features an ultra-compact SOT23-5 package, making it ideal for space-constrained rechargeable battery pack applications. It provides all essential battery protection functions — including overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection — while maintaining very low operating power consumption. The device is designed not only for mobile phones, but also for any information appliances requiring long-term power supply from lithium-ion or lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries.
