DW06 is a highly integrated protection solution for single-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer rechargeable battery packs. It incorporates advanced power MOSFETs, a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit, and a delay circuit. Housed in a SOT23-6 package, it is suitable for rechargeable battery pack applications with tight space constraints. It provides overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short-circuit protection functions required for battery safety, with low power consumption during operation. Ideal for all types of information products requiring long-duration power supply from Li-ion or Li-polymer rechargeable batteries.
