EG2129

EG2129 is a cost-effective full-bridge driver IC with dual comparator functionality, integrating logic signal input processing, SD control, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), latch, level shift, pulse filter, and output driver circuits. The EG2129 supports a high-side operating voltage up to 600V, with a wide low-side VCC supply voltage range of 10V–20V and low quiescent power consumption. The IC features a latch function to prevent simultaneous conduction of output power transistors. Input channels HIN and LIN have built-in 250K pull-down resistors to keep both high- and low-side power MOSFETs off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is I0+/- 0.6/1.0A. Packaged in SSOP24.
