EG2203

EG2203 is a cost-effective gate driver IC dedicated to MOSFETs and IGBTs. It integrates logic signal input processing, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), level shifting, pulse filtering, and output drive circuits, designed for brushless motor controllers and DC-DC converter drive stages. The high-side operating voltage supports up to 600V, and the low-side VCC supply voltage ranges from 10V to 25V. The HIN input channel features a built-in 200K pull-down resistor, while LIN features a built-in 200K pull-up resistor, ensuring both high-side and low-side power MOSFETs remain off when inputs are floating. Output current capability is IO+/- 0.5A/1.0A, housed in a SOP8 package.
