Overview
EG27517 is a single-channel high-speed low-side gate driver capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It delivers high peak source/sink current pulses for capacitive loads while providing rail-to-rail drive capability and short propagation delay. The device features a wide supply voltage range of 4V~20V with low quiescent power consumption. With a dual-input design (selectable inverting IN- or non-inverting IN+ driver configuration), it provides peak sink/source (symmetrical drive) current capability of 4A at VDD = 12V. Available in SOT23-5 package.
