Overview
EG27519 is a single-channel high-speed low-side gate driver capable of effectively driving MOSFET and IGBT power switches. It delivers high peak source/sink current pulses to capacitive loads while providing rail-to-rail drive capability and short propagation delay. Wide supply voltage range of 4V~20V with minimal external components. The device features a single-input design, providing peak 4A sink/source (symmetrical drive) current capability at VDD = 12V, housed in a SOT23-5 package.
