FH2120-ZG integrates a high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, serving as a protection IC for lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries. FH2120-ZG is designed for overcharge, overdischarge, charge overcurrent, and discharge overcurrent protection of 2-cell series-connected lithium-ion/lithium-polymer battery packs.
