The FH8206 series is a high-precision overcharge and overdischarge protection circuit for single-cell rechargeable lithium batteries, integrating high-precision overvoltage charge protection, overvoltage discharge protection, and overcurrent discharge protection. Leveraging the innovative CPC-8 package, the FH8206 co-integrates low on-resistance N-MOS transistors while also supporting external MOS expansion requirements.
