FH9261-DAA is a protection IC for single-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer rechargeable batteries, integrating a high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit. This IC is ideal for protecting 1-cell Li-ion/Li-polymer rechargeable battery packs against overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.
