FH9261-DBF is a protection IC for single-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries, integrating a high-accuracy voltage detection circuit and delay circuit. This IC is designed to protect 1-cell lithium-ion/lithium-polymer rechargeable batteries against overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.
