Overview
The FOP611, FOP612, and FOP614 series offer low-voltage operation, rail-to-rail input and output, and an excellent speed-to-power ratio, delivering superior bandwidth (1.4MHz) and a slew rate of 0.5V/µs. These op-amps feature unity-gain stability and ultra-low input bias current, making them ideal for sensor interfaces, active filters, and portable applications. The FOP611, FOP612, and FOP614 series op-amps are fully specified over the -40℃ to +125℃ temperature range, operating from 2.2V to 5.5V single or dual supply.
