Overview
G2020 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC with independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Fabricated using a high-voltage compatible process, the high- and low-side gate drive circuits are integrated on a single chip. Logic inputs are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels down to 3.3V, with high-current pulse capability and shoot-through prevention dead-time logic on the outputs. The floating channel supports high-side N-channel power MOSFET driving, with a maximum floating supply voltage of 250V, requiring an external bootstrap circuit. Both high-side and low-side channels include undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection. Offered in an SOP8 package, operating over a temperature range of -40℃ to 125℃.
