Overview
This device is a fast, high-side N-channel MOSFET gate driver operating with input voltages up to 700V. Its built-in charge structure fully enhances external N-channel MOSFET switches, enabling them to remain in the on-state indefinitely. The powerful drive capability allows it to easily drive large gate capacitances, achieving extremely short transition times, making it ideal for high-frequency switching applications or static switching applications requiring fast turn-on and/or turn-off times. The device is available in an SOP8 package with an operating temperature range of -40°C ~ 125°C.
