Overview

The GS199X series are zero-drift, bidirectional current-sense amplifiers capable of sensing the voltage drop across a shunt resistor over a common-mode voltage range of -0.3V to 30V, independent of the supply voltage. Three fixed gains are available: 50V/V, 100V/V, and 200V/V. The low offset of the zero-drift architecture enables current sensing at full-scale shunt voltages as low as 10mV. GS199X devices operate from a single supply ranging from +2.7V to 30V, with a typical supply current of 100μA. All versions operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and are available in SC70-6 and SOT23-6 packages.
