Overview

This single buffer is designed for VCC operation from 1.65V to 5.5V. The GS1G125 is a single line driver with 3-state outputs. When the output enable (OE̅) input is high, the outputs are disabled. The device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuit disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow when the device is powered down. To ensure a high-impedance state during power-up or power-down, OE̅ should be connected to VCC through a pullup resistor whose minimum value is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver. The GS1G125 is offered in green SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages. The operating ambient temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
