Overview

The GS601X series operational amplifiers feature a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product, 0.6V/μs slew rate, and 44μA quiescent current per channel at a 5V supply. This series is designed to deliver performance in low-voltage, low-noise systems, capable of driving heavy loads with rail-to-rail output swing. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground potential, and the maximum input offset voltage of the GS601X series is 1mV. These devices operate over the extended industrial temperature range (-40℃ ~ +125℃) with a supply voltage range of 1.8V ~ 5.5V. The GS6011 single-channel amplifier is offered in environmentally friendly SC70-5 and SOT23-5 packages. The GS6012 dual-channel amplifier is offered in environmentally friendly SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The GS6014 quad-channel amplifier is offered in environmentally friendly SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
