Overview

The GS6012B/6014B features a 1MHz gain-bandwidth product, 0.6V/μs slew rate, and 44μA quiescent current per amplifier at 5V. This product family is designed to deliver performance in low-voltage, low-noise systems. They are capable of driving heavy loads with rail-to-rail output swing. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, and the input offset voltage range of the GS6012B/6014B is 0.4mV to 0.8mV. Specifications are defined over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The operating voltage range is 1.8V to 5.5V. The GS6012B dual-channel version is available in green SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The GS6014B quad-channel version is available in green SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
