GS8331-CR

The GS833X amplifiers are single/dual/quad, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amps offering 350kHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and a single-supply operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V. The GS833X employs chopper stabilization to deliver ultralow offset voltage (maximum less than 10μV) and near-zero temperature drift. The low quiescent supply current of 25μA per amplifier and ultralow input bias current of 20pA make them ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The GS833X provides excellent common-mode rejection without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The GS8331 is available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages. The GS8331Y is available in SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages. The GS8332 is available in SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages. The GS8334 quad amplifier is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. The extended operating temperature range of -45℃ to +125℃ across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
