Overview

The GS8331Q1 amplifier is a single/dual-supply, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amp offering 350kHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and a single-supply operating range of 1.8V to 5.5V. Utilizing chopper stabilization technology, the GS8331Q1 delivers ultralow offset voltage (maximum less than 10μV) and near-zero temperature drift. With a low quiescent current of 25μA per amplifier and an ultralow input bias current of 20pA, it is ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The GS8331Q1 provides excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The GS8331Q1 is available in a SOT23-5 package. An extended temperature range of -45°C to +125°C across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
