Overview

The GS854X amplifiers are single/dual/quad-channel, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amps offering 5.5MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and 2.2V to 5.5V single-supply operation. The GS854X employs auto-zeroing technology to deliver ultralow offset voltage (maximum less than 5μV) and near-zero temperature drift. The low quiescent supply current of 642μA per amplifier and ultralow input bias current make these devices ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The GS854X provides excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The single-channel GS8547 is available in SOT23-5 and SOP-8 packages. The dual-channel GS8548 is available in MSOP-8 and SOP-8 packages. The quad-channel GS8549 is available in RoHS-compliant SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. An extended temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃ across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
