HGV2454M/TR

The HGV245X series operational amplifiers feature a 150 KHz gain-bandwidth product, a slew rate of 0.07 V/μs, and a quiescent current of 5.5 μA per amplifier at a 5 V supply. The series is designed to deliver performance in low-voltage, low-noise systems, capable of driving heavy loads to achieve rail-to-rail output swing. The input common-mode voltage range includes ground, with a maximum input offset voltage of 3.5 mV. Devices in this series operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and a supply voltage range of 2.1 V to 5.5 V. The HGV2451 single-channel variant is available in a green SOT-23-5 package, the HGV2452 dual-channel variant in green SOP-8 and MSOP-8 packages, and the HGV2454 quad-channel variant in green SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
