Overview

The HGV855X series amplifiers are single/dual/quad, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amps offering 1.8MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and 1.8V to 5.5V single-supply operation. The series employs chopper stabilization technology to deliver ultralow offset voltage (maximum less than 30μV) and near-zero temperature drift. The low 180μA quiescent supply current and 20pA ultralow input bias current per amplifier make it an ideal choice for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The HGV855X series provides excellent CMRR without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The HGV8551 is available in SOT-23-5, DFN-8, MSOP-8, and SOP-8 packages. The HGV8552 is available in MSOP-8, DFN-8, and SOP-8 packages. The quad HGV8554 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages. The extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C across all supply voltages provides additional design flexibility.
