Overview

The HMCP602X series single-channel, dual-channel, and quad-channel op-amps represent a new generation of general-purpose, low-power op-amps. Features including rail-to-rail input and output swing, low quiescent current (750 μA typical), wide bandwidth (11 MHz), and ultra-low noise (8 nV/√Hz at 10 kHz) make this series well suited for a variety of battery-powered applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance, such as audio output, motor phase current sensing, photodiode amplification, barcode scanners, and white goods. Low input bias current enables these amplifiers to be used in applications with megohm-level source impedances. The robust design of HMCP602X amplifiers provides ease of use for circuit designers: unity-gain stability with capacitive loads up to 300 pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (5-kV HBM). The HMCP602X amplifiers are optimized for operation over a voltage range from +1.8 V (±0.9 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V) at 0~70℃, and can operate over an extended temperature range of -40℃ to +125℃ with supply voltages from +2.0 V (±1.0 V) to +5.5 V (±2.75 V). The HMCP6021 (single-channel) is available in a SOT-23-5L package. The HMCP6022 (dual-channel) is available in an SOP-8 package. The quad-channel HMCP6024 is available in SOP-14 and TSSOP-14 packages.
