- Fully compliant with ISO 11898 standard - High-speed applications (up to 1Mbps) - Supports at least 110 nodes on the bus - Full drop-in replacement for TJA1040 - ±12 kV ESD protection - Low-power standby mode with bus wake-up - Bus fault protection from -50 V to 50 V - Over-temperature protection - HMT1040 is an interface IC between the CAN protocol controller and the physical bus, fully compliant with ISO 11898. Capable of differential signal transmission between the bus and CAN protocol controller, with data transfer rates up to 1Mbps. - HMT1040 operating temperature range: -40°C to 125°C.
