Overview

The HT900x family includes single-channel (HT9001), dual-channel (HT9002), and quad-channel (HT9004) low-voltage (1.8V to 5.5V) op-amps with rail-to-rail input and output swing capability. These op-amps provide a cost-effective solution for space-constrained applications requiring low-voltage operation and high capacitive load drive — such as smoke detectors, wearable electronics, and small appliances. The HT900x family's capacitive load driver supports up to 500pF, while the resistive open-loop output impedance enables easier stabilization under higher capacitive loads. These op-amps are designed for low supply voltage operation (1.8V to 5.5V) with performance specifications similar to HT600x devices.
