HX2277DRG

The HXx277 series precision op-amps replace the industry-standard HX177. They feature lower noise, wider output voltage swing, twice the speed, and half the quiescent current. Key characteristics include ultra-low offset voltage and drift, low bias current, high CMRR, and high PSRR. Single, dual, and quad versions share identical specifications, providing maximum design flexibility. The HXx277 series op-amps deliver excellent performance on ±2V to ±18V supplies. Unlike most op-amps specified at only a single supply voltage, the HXx277 series is designed for real-world applications — a single set of limits applies across the ±5V to ±15V supply range. High performance is maintained even when the amplifier reaches its specified limits. The very low initial offset voltage (±100μV max) typically eliminates the need for user adjustment. However, the single-channel version (HX277) provides external trim pins for specialized applications. HX277 op-amps are easy to use and free from the phase reversal and overload problems found in some other op-amps. They are unity-gain stable and deliver excellent dynamic performance across a wide range of load conditions. The dual and quad versions feature fully independent circuitry, ensuring minimum crosstalk and non-interaction even under overdrive or overload conditions.
