HX3078EIDRG

HX3070E – HX3078E are +3.3V-powered RS-485/RS-422 transceivers with ±16kV ESD protection. They feature a failsafe circuit that drives the receiver output to a logic high when the receiver inputs are open or shorted, or when all transmitters connected to a terminated bus are disabled. All devices support hot-plug capability, eliminating faulty transients on the bus during power-up or hot insertion. HX3070E – HX3075E feature slew-rate-limited drivers that reduce EMI and reflections caused by improperly terminated cables, enabling error-free data transmission at up to 500kbps; HX3076E/HX3077E/HX3078E have no slew-rate limitation, supporting data rates up to 16Mbps. HX3072E/HX3075E/HX3078E are designed for half-duplex communication; HX3070E/HX3071E/HX3073E/HX3074E/HX3076E/HX3077E are designed for full-duplex communication. All devices feature 1/8 unit load receiver input impedance, allowing up to 256 transceivers on the bus. HX3071E/HX3072E/HX3074E/HX3075E/HX3077E/HX3078E are available in 8-pin DIP and 8-pin SOP packages; HX3070E/HX3073E/HX3076E are available in 14-pin DIP and 14-pin SOP packages. These devices are offered in both commercial and industrial temperature ranges.
