Overview
HX3120A is a single-cell lithium battery protection IC with integrated MOSFETs. The IC features ultra-low power consumption and very low on-resistance integrated MOSFETs. It provides comprehensive protection functions including overcharge, charge overcurrent, overdischarge, discharge overcurrent, overtemperature, and short-circuit protection, ensuring safe and efficient cell operation. The HX3120A adopts a SOT-23 package, requiring only one resistor and one capacitor as external components, making the application extremely simple, safe, and reliable.
