Overview
The HX4054D is a complete single-chip linear power management IC for lithium-ion battery constant-current/constant-voltage charging. Its slim profile and compact package make it ideal for portable applications. Notably, the HX4054D is specifically designed to comply with USB power supply specifications. Thanks to the internal MOSFET architecture, no external sense resistors or blocking diodes are required. During high power operation or elevated ambient temperatures, thermal feedback circuitry automatically reduces the charge current to limit die temperature.
