Overview

HX6004T-S/HX6004T-TS is a low-power operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback. The device offers a wide input common-mode voltage range and output swing, with a minimum operating voltage of 2.1V and a maximum recommended operating voltage of 5.5V. At a quiescent current of approximately 45μA per amplifier, the device delivers a gain-bandwidth product of up to 1.1MHz. In addition, the extremely low input bias current makes it well suited for integrated photodiode amplifiers and piezoelectric sensors. The rail-to-rail input and output buffering capability is also ideal for specific IC designs in single-supply systems. Application areas for this amplifier family include portable devices, battery and power management, supply control, and signal processing and interface design in low-power sensor systems.
