Overview
HX6004T-S/HX6004T-TS is a low-power operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output voltage feedback. The device offers a wide input common-mode voltage range and output swing, with a minimum operating voltage as low as 2.1V and a maximum recommended operating voltage of 5.5V. While consuming only approximately 45 μA per amplifier, it delivers a gain-bandwidth product of up to 1.1 MHz. The product features an ultra-low input bias current of approximately 10 pA, making it suitable for integrated photodiode amplifiers and piezoelectric sensors. Its rail-to-rail input and output buffering capability also makes it ideal for specific IC designs in single-supply systems.
