Overview
The HX855XA series amplifiers are single/dual/quad-supply, micropower, zero-drift CMOS op-amps offering 1.8MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail input and output, and 1.8V to 5.5V single-supply operation. The HX855X employs chopper stabilization technology to deliver ultralow offset voltage (maximum less than 30µV) and near-zero drift over the full temperature range. With a low quiescent supply current of 180µA per amplifier and an extremely low input bias current of 20pA, these devices are ideal for low-offset, low-power, and high-impedance applications. The HX855X provides excellent common-mode rejection ratio without the crossover distortion associated with conventional complementary input stages. This design delivers superior performance when driving ADCs without degrading differential linearity. The series operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, providing additional design flexibility.
