Overview
HY2112 series IC integrates a high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit, designed as a protection IC for single-cell LiFePO4 rechargeable batteries. Suitable for protecting a single LiFePO4 rechargeable battery against overcharge, overdischarge, and overcurrent.

- Overcharge detection voltage: 3.600~4.000V, accuracy ±25mV
- Overcharge release voltage: 3.400~4.000V, accuracy ±50mV
- Over-discharge detection voltage: 1.80~2.20V, accuracy ±50mV
- Over-discharge release voltage: 1.80~2.40V, accuracy ±50mV
- Discharge overcurrent detection voltage: (selectable), accuracy ±15mV
- Charge overcurrent detection voltage: (selectable)
- Load short-circuit detection voltage: 0.85V (fixed), accuracy ±300mV
- All delay times set by internal circuit (no external capacitor required)
